Today I decided to have a drive out into the local countryside where the wind over the hills would create a unique and picturesque look, all of it's own. I headed toward Huddersfield on the open road and turned off when I realised just how close I was to Emley Moore TV Mast. For all of those who head out this way, there is a very nice local pub called the 3 Acres of which today and most days you are very likely to bump into the cast of Emmerdale which is a UK soap opera to which is watched by many.
Below is a video of this huge TV mast to which was taken by Peter Hulbert and is quite a spectacle to see when you get close up as I was today.
